Shared public space policy
UK law protects the rights of an individual’s personal residence, but rarely breaches the boundaries of a residence.
However, it strongly regulates communal shared open spaces.
The regulated parameters are a known social structure formed when all parties forming the social structure are known to all within the social structure and agree upon its boundaries.
If you do not feel you can talk to an individual, how do you gain authorisation to gather and pass on their information?
