I have lost out on jobs because of the agency’s
I talked directly to the employer and we both agreed i would take the job.
Until the agency decided she did not like it when I told her the truth.
The truth being the same information I gave to the employer and the employer was happy to move forward with my employment.
No time for the employer to talk to the agency
And change their mind!!
The choice was made on behalf of the employer.
As I was talking to the agency
Who changed tack halfway through
